Walter E. Palmer

As CEO, Walter Palmer leads the company’s initiatives by providing strategic guidance and is recognized as one of the leading experts in the field of retail loss prevention. Prior to forming PCG, Walter started several successful service businesses for the retail loss prevention industry including his role as co-founder of LossPrevention Magazine and LPjobs.com.
Walter spent sixteen years in the retail industry working in loss prevention, inventory control and project management. Walter is a Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and Certified Forensic Interviewer (CFI). He is an internationally known speaker and lecturer who presents regularly at industry conferences, company meetings and as faculty for training seminars. He has also served as Adjunct Faculty for Eastern Kentucky University’s Assets Protection Program. Walter has authored numerous articles and is a regular contributor and resource for industry and mainstream media articles.
He is actively involved in the field of professional development and training as a member of the American Society for Training and Development, the International Society for Performance Improvement and the Society for Human Resource Management. Walter received his Bachelor of Science degree in Security and Loss Prevention from Eastern Kentucky University in 1986.
Chris Richardson

Chris Richardson leads the company in project execution, logistical planning, and client support.
Prior to joining PCG Solutions, Chris spent eight years at Marriott International as Senior Assistant Controller and Director of Loss Prevention. He piloted several corporate programs in accounting and loss prevention, resulting in company-wide implementation. Prior to Marriott International, Chris worked three years in the retail industry as a store detective for Mercantile and Federated department stores.
He is an active member of the American Society for Industrial Security and has earned the Certified Protection Professional (CPP) designation. He currently serves as the Council Chairman for the Academic Programs for ASIS International.
Chris earned a Baccalaureate Certificate in Accountancy in 2006 from Arizona State University. He also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Assets Protection from Eastern Kentucky University in 1999.
Bernard Geiben

Bernard Geiben helps to lead PCG Global’s Consulting and Training practices from his home-base in Paris, France. He brings extensive knowledge of retail loss prevention operations around the world and over thirty-five years of experience in security, loss prevention and law enforcement.
Prior to joining PCG Global, Bernard was Director of Corporate Security for Carrefour, one of the world’s largest retailers with operations in 31 countries. He was responsible for policy, strategy and functional supervision of a 15,000 person security staff. His previous positions include Director of Security and Fire Prevention for Euro Disney, Senior Vice-President and Managing Director for a prominent security services provider in Brussels and Major in the Luxembourg Gendarmerie where he began his career.
Bernard is a graduate of the Universite de Liege in Belgium, majoring in Criminology and Penal Law, and a graduate of the FBI Academy in Quantico, VA. He is a professor at the Universite de Marne-la-Vallee and is a former President of the Security Commission of CINDEX/CDSE which represents the top 40 companies in France. He is trilingual in German, French and English, fluent in Dutch and conversational in Spanish.
Dave Cubine

Dave Cubine is responsible for all aspects of design and photography for the company’s training and awareness programs. He has over 25 years of experience in advertising, graphic design and marketing. Prior to joining PCG, he was the Creative and Marketing Director for THIEL Audio where he received a number of awards, including the Marcom Platinum Creative Design Awards, APEX Awards of Excellence and “Best of Show” from the Kentucky Printing House Craftsmen.
Dave also has several years of experience in the retail sector as an operations manager for two consumer electronics retailers and as a sales trainer. A graduate of the University of Kentucky, Dave holds a BA in Journalism and Advertising. He is also a martial arts instructor for the YMCA of Central Kentucky.
